Casi Rynkowski

BIO

No one ever said you can’t reinvent yourself and that is exactly what Casi Rynkowski did after leaving ten years of marketing and buying for the world of outdoor adventure and fitness. Since 2007, Casi has been living her dream as a personal trainer, training athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and those who want to live a healthier lifestyle. Her passion for outdoor fitness exploded when she launched her business, exposing clients to the idea of fitness outside four walls. Surfing, standup paddling, climbing, ice climbing, winter mountaineering, and trail running became her new training ground in New England. Her clients not only found new ways to cross-train outdoors, they found new passions for life.

When Casi is not training or crafting adventures for her clients, you will find her open ocean paddling and surfing across New England. This is not easy for someone who manages three kids and lives an hour and half from the salty sea. Long distance ocean adventures are her first love. She loves the challenge of open ocean paddling, with the interaction of tides, swells, wind and planning for a trip. On the flip side, she loves the complete and utter unpredictability of the weather and conditions that makes all that planning obsolete.
